Why?

My kids ask me multiple times a day and sometimes it's one of the hardest questions to answer. But a very interesting and important one. I used to be the same as a child. My math teacher must have hated me because of it. But it helped me understand myself and the world around me. As a professional I do the same. I always want to know why I act the way I do and I'm curious why other people act the way they do. It fuels my empathy and creativity. It makes me, well... me.

It offers me a great deal of energy and drive to put these strengths to work and transfer the energy to teams and individuals. Throughout my professional career I have had the privilege to be managed, coached and helped by many experienced, highly skilled and competent people. They, and all the experiences, helped me to get here. So why do I do it? I like helping individuals and teams to grow! True energy and drive come from within. Your "why" is your best battery. I help companies, teams and individuals to find a (new) charging station.
